Does a screw log splitter sound like high-grade industrial equipment to you? Well, not really, because even a layman with limited tools can make something like this out of scrap!
It all started with brute-looking fragments of steel and spare parts: bearings and casing, bicycle chain, electric motor from an ancient washing machine, old tooth gear and extra angle bars. These are all rough and dirty bits that you can find just lying around in your collection of rusty old things. Who would have thought that all these crudeness of an antique would turn into one fine-looking screw log splitter?
