Very Simple Way To Repair Bent Radiator — by ‘Cameron Niemela’. Since aluminum is a soft metal, getting back a radiator to its original form is easy. You just need a soft hammer and some blocks of wood or metal to work on the edges of the radiator. But be careful not to hit too hard or you might damage the radiator beyond repair.
